Our collections are crafted from premium, lead-free ceramics, sustainable bamboo, and high-grade stoneware designed for durability and daily use.
Are your products microwave and dishwasher safe?
Most of our ceramic and stoneware items are safe for both microwave and dishwasher use. Please check the 'Product Details' section on specific item pages for care instructions.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that return shipping fees may apply unless the item arrived damaged.
What happens if my order arrives broken?
We take great care in packaging, but accidents happen. If your items arrive damaged, please email us a photo of the product and packaging within 48 hours for a free replacement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Plateful ships to the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more countries soon.
