Pack with Care
Place the items in their original protective packaging and boxing to ensure they remain safe and break-free during transit.
Label and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects the condition of your items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
